1 pallet was to be delivered by Friday, May 3. Not received. Called, then told pallet would be delivered by Monday, May 6, but not received. Call placed, left on hold for 10 minutes. Called back, left on hold and finally said they would call me back. No one called. I called AGAIN and was told the pallet would be delivered today, Wednesday between 7am and 4pm. Arrived home at 5:30 pm - no pallet. Called and was told driver was on the way. I told them about the 7am - 4pm and the fellow on the phone said, oh yah, sorry and then asked if I wanted it delivered as it was on the truck. I agreed. The pallet was left outside our gate. After the pallet arrived my husband and I had to lock up the dogs, open the gates, get a forklift and bring the pallet inside. Terrible Service! Beyond acceptable. I'm betting UPS doesn't even care...
