My father was in a skilled nursing facility and it required much more than my parents had. The skilled nursing facility recommended Mark John Crews to file the paperwork with the county for Medicaid.

He came out and seemed very knowledgable and agreed to file the paperwork for $3000.00. Half now and half when the documents were filed. We heard nothing and when we followed up, he said that we needed to wait for the first bill from the nursing facility before anything could be filed.

That time came and went and then we receive an e-mail written very poorly saying something came up and we had to finish a couple of forms to complete the process. The forms were attached in a PDF document.

Reading the forms, the deadline had passed. I called the county and was told they had been trying to contact him about the missing paperwork.

After much help from the county worker, we finally finished it up and got everything going, but everything he had done was pretty much useless.

I believe the email was from his daughter, and that it was from Texas because he also advertises there.
