I had purchased a 10" fry pan from the company, They claim nothing sticks to it. HAH! EVERYTHING sticks to it. They have replaced it twice & I always season it like the directions say to no avail. If you happen to not watch the food & cook it a little too long it will burn & stick to the utensil. Also is hard to clean after use, especially overcooked remains. They do supply postage for the return, too bad they can not supply a product that lives up to their claims.
