I ordered 2 complete sets of motel sheet sets called 4 weeks ago said shiped its now may 8 no sheets sets??????? Tryed their 24 hour phone number no answer i have been reading alot of bad stuff about this company the address where they are supposed to be located is said to be fictitious alot of bad stuff out there didn't know till after i ordered.

I've done a couple of transactions with nomorerack.com and each time was a bad experience. My first order I waited 4-5 weeks to receive it and it was not what was advertised. The items that I received were low quality junk!
I ordered a few more items several weeks ago. After not receiving my order I sent an email and they reassured me it was being processed and I would receive it soon. Then a week later I receive another email claiming that all of the items I ordered were out of stock and they're cancelling my order. They stated they'd refund my credit card in full, but after checking, they only gave a partial refund. Bad company, false advertising, charging customer credit cards for items that they don't even have, and long shipping times. I hope you got your issue resolved. Good luck!
