On 7/16/11 I ordered a free trial offer on 2 products. I supplied my credit card details to pay for p&p not realising that I was committing to regular supplies of these products. I was only made aware that money was being debited from my account by my bank, who called me to question an unusual charge from abroad. I contacted the company cancelling any further supplies. I informed them that I had not received anything other than the free trial. But they said that I had 30 days to cancel after the initial trial period so the fault was mine. There is a possibility that I may receive a partial refund but I'm not holding my breath!!! This has turned out to be a very expensive FREE trial!!!
