I purchased a piece of jewelry from the company. Their policy is take it and get it appraised. We stand by our guarantees. I have always believed if you purchase an item with tanzanite stones shouldnt the stones be blue??? Not mine. Mine are almost clear. A jeweler also told me it was the poorest grade of tanzanite he had ever seen. I realize their prices are very affordable but shouldn't they deliver your item just as they advertise it to be?? With blue stones!!!
