I followed what appeared to be a Channel 4 recommendation for a free trial of both Mizulean & Puracleanse for which I paid £5.97 for a months trial of each. I received them a week later with letters included stating that at the end of the 14-day trial period, they will take a payment from my card of £69.95 for the Mizulean & £64.95 for the Puracleanse, which they will then do on a monthly basis so that I do not run out.

I rang the company straight away in order to obtain a RMA number, the customer service team are very difficult to understand.

I have also informed my bank that I have not authorised any further payments to this company & they are going to keep watch on my account as even though I have cancelled my "order" to Mizulean, they appearently try to take the money for months afterwards. My bank have told me that they have to deal with this company on a daily basis.

I am not so much as seeking a refund althoiugh I have requested one in the letter I have sent accompanying my unopened tablets. I just want to let other people know that this "free trial" is indeed a scam and shouldn't be trusted. As fot he article from Channel 4 etc, I think they should be made responsible for their part in the advertising of such a company and report on it correctly, in that it is not free, Mizulean will take £134.90 from your account 14 days from your order date & monthly therafter.
