The story is similar as the rest. My husband ordered this after seeing it on the Dr. OZ show and following the link from the Dr. Oz website. I'm not sure the details of what was promised, but we were charged 159.00 and he still has not received the product a month later. In addition, we have just received an additional $9.47 charged to our credit card for "Trim Trainer" whatever the *F* that is. The Customer order numbers are the same on the receipts but the customer service e-mail addresses are slightly different. I don't think we'll pursue the company, but just notify Visa & change our credit card number instead. We'll cut our loses, and be more careful in the future...sigh
