Forever Comfy's website/business practices are extremely deceptive. Somehow an order for 2 gel cushions which should have cost maybe $40 turned into an order for $119.55 without ever giving me the chance to review an order for accuracy. Customer service was anything but service. They claim they have stopped payment on the credit card after I told them I wanted to cancel the order. So now I have to check the credit card to make sure the charge does not go through and then refuse the package when it arrives. TOTAL SCAM that I'm sure is designed to take advantage of people that are not savvy making online purchases. I'm not sure how much can actually be done to have them correct their business practices given that it looks like people have been complaining about this for some time. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT deal with this company. They are unethical and dishonest.
