This company is a complete scam. I purchased a tradeline from them for $600. I was told to call back in 10 days if it was not ran. I called back and Todd answered the phone stating that he forgot to run it 10 days ago (as he was answering his cell phone on the phone with me). He then told me that he ran it and to give him a call in 14 days. I called 14 days later and he stated that he needed me to do more stuff and that he would call me back in a few. Never called me back. Then i called the company requesting a new person and i was given one. He stated that he would review my case and call me back in 20 minutes. He never called back and I still have not received my money back. Luckily navyfed can just pull it back from them.
