I saw the charge on my last month Verizon bill and this month bill for 9.99 I called Verizon and they directed me again to MY MOBILE CARE. Same company I contacted on 08/30/11 I s/w Edy and he said will not delete the charges because I subsribed.. to what ... and how I don't know....but he confirmed I will not receive any charges for next month. To my suprise I was charged this month again for a service I have no idea what is about.. I called today 09/30/11 s/w NINA she siad this month is the last time I am getting billed for a service I don't even know what is about and I don't use and will not get any refund. The company refuse to give me any refund.. this is a second month I am paying for something I already asked them to remove from my phone service, this is a bad business. .... yes this is a huge scam and a wrong way of making living!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
