After a very hard sell I decided to purchase an advertising-subscription from these folks for my B&B rentals in Canada. After less than 48 hours I changed my mind, deciding that this company did not really fit well with my brand, so I did not sign their electronic documents and I called to cancel. I was given a huge run-around (I could not directly speak to someone about this & they would have to call me back). I was quite mad, & called my credit card company. They called and set up a direct one on one with someone in accounting, and after a brief conversation they said they would refund me. Well, it's now a month later & they still have not posted a refund.
