i ordered cindy crawfords meaningful beauty for wrinkles im (55) 10 min. later i realized that was a waste of money. 55.00 was all i had in bank im on disability. i called back immediately and was told i couldnt as a matter of fact its been 184 hrs. and sill cancel, because i wasn,t in the system! called my bank for account balance was told 5.50. so within 10 min. they took 49.95 out of my account but yet they told me i wasn,t in the system! in my opinion if i wasn,t in the system then they stole that money by extortion. without my knowlege. i,ve been calling every day for over a week and they Guthey Renker keep telling me 72 hours. well 72 hrs. is way past gone.its been 184hrs. since theysaid my money would be back in my accont. i know about a charge back. i will proceed w/ that if money not into account today.you have to investigate this company. i got on the bbb site Pissed Off and the complaints about them are so numerous and just like mine!they are extorting money from the little guy. ive ordered numerous items and have NEVER had this problem.
