This company enjoys an exclusive position of authorization with Virginia Dept Of Corrections to provide inmate telephone out calling. The company is so inept and not responsive to those on outside trying to set up inmate calling access. I have complied with their procedures and posted money to inmate account yet the inmate cannot call me at my registered number for out bound calling by the inmate. I contacted "Customer Support" at their invitation to discuss the problem and the rep told me there was nothing they could do as they are unable to isolate such problems. In other words, they take money on deposit that cannot be refunded or consumed as the inmate cannot use it. What a "screw job" they are running. Again: Their Representative advising that they had no way of researching blocks placed on number I registered.. not with standing I deposited money so my friend inside could call me. Another example of our "justice" system.. IE arbitrary.
