In order to renew my Florida Driver's license, I needed a State of Nebraska imprinted seal on a marriage certificate for 3/12/1965. The marriage was performed on the AFB in Lincoln. The base was closed in 1967. Lancaster County Nebraska Bureau of Vital Statistics records only go back to June 1976. I have requested a refund, since from the beginning this company knew that it could not provide this document. I am 68 years old and I live on a small fixed income, making this charge painfully stressful.
