I ordered a sample of these products after viewing a TV commercial with a special offer. I never agreed to any "automatic" shipments OR charges to my credit card. However, even though I called after receiving the first products and "suspended" the next shipment. The company still charged my Discover card two of three payments without my knowledge or consent. This is a huge scam. I was careful about reading what I was signing on for the NOWHERE was I informed that by using my credit card the company would charge any future payments. Now they are saying that my "account" is cancelled but it may take 4-6 weeks before my credit card account is credited. Meanwhile I am paying interest on these charges. These are unethical practices in my view.
