This has been an ongoing thing with this company. A charge shows up on our wireless bill, always to my youngest son's number, always for 9.99. My son has insisted every time it's happened that he did not download anything. We've had his number blocked from downloading anything and still, every so often, a charge from Shaboom Media shows up. I've called T Mobile, gotten the charge removed, asked them to block them, they say they do, but every so often, a charge for 9.99 will be back. I'd say we've lost close to $100.00 or more so far total. I don't understand how this company can get away with this time and time again, but I hope you can shut them down.
