I received a call yesterday from this company that my computer has been hacked and that in order to fix the problem was to get a license number. So in order to fix the problem I would have to pay them a fee $199.99 for 1 year service and the would provide me with a five year service with AVG Antivirus for free. I didn't know what to think, so I started to panic and let them fix the problem. I let them take control of my computer so they could fix the problem. I watch what they they were doing and seemed legit but I had a feeling something wasn't right. So i went to call them the next morning which they said if I have any problem they are available 24/7 but when I called there was no answer and they haven't respond to any of my emails, nothing. So know I going to my local tech which I should of done in the first place. Hopefully that can help.

- i cant believe how gullible people are.. as for me the moment they ask for money or for account numbers i know they are scammers
