i made a contract with this company on December 27 2012, for reduction of debts,for a payment of $303.00 dollars a month but after i reviewed all the paper work, i canceled it next day 12-28-12 since they gave me tree days for cancel it if i wasn't happy i did the right thing on time.
so i made the cancellation by fax 18883236935 ph # 16266678800 filling up the cancellation form that they provided on the package of contract.
So, the problem now is than they took my money from my bank $398.00 on 1-31-13 even the contract was cancel already.
I was calling them over and over,but they just answered with excuses.
Finlly i got a notice of no fund at all.
please help me to recover my money thank you . (Personal Information Removed)

- You are lucky you are just out $398.00 with this company. I signed up and they have been taking money out for over a year and come to find out none has gone to the company it was suppose to and I am being sued by this company. Apple Law Group is refusing to tell me where the money is going and to help me. They are not returning my calls nor have I been able to get through to them. I have resorted to faxes, letters, and e-mails with no help in sight from them. Maybe it is time to get people to gather and start a class action lawsuit against them.
