Metro Entertainment--First, I thought I was dealing directly with Ohio Theater in Ohio. Next, I input a ticket order only to see price ranges, not knowing I was actually completing the order. I contacted Metro Entertainment within minutes of this error, trying at first to be nice about it. I then threatened them with the word "scalpers" and public humiliation for their questionable business practices. They would NOT cancel an order I did not intend to place. My tickets prices were outrageous. They are charlatans and crooks. DO NOT purchase tickets from them and be careful about where you are buying your tickets from.

- so you just casually input your credit card number and billing info (then click buttons labeled, "submit" and "place order") whenever you want to browse for ticket prices? please stop using the internet.

- Thank you for that reply, Metro Entertainment employee. FYI--when I got the tickets and scanned them to send to the theater to see if they were legit, they clearly said VOID across them. This company is bogus and fraudulent. Yes, I should have been more careful, but read more about this company, I'm not the only one who made the same mistake.

- Hi Kristi! I have a question? Aside from the outrageous ticket prices, were you able to get into the actual event? I know the tickets said void but did the venue still let you in?
