My elderly neighbor showed us this certified letter which sounds just like the one others who complained might have received. Luckily we just talked about discussing "too good to be true" opportunities .
After carefully re-reading the letter and research on the Internet , we confirmed our suspicions.
It's a shame we can't stop those who prey on our seniors.
