I contacted norton to add a laptop to my account. Instead of doing just that they wanted to look at laptop. Said ok and they quickly found problems they said were hackers that had already had 40% of my info. Alex the person for norton kept pressure on to do the Itech fix for 199.99 and I fell for it. She also got me to let her look at other computer and it had same problems. Stopped the bleeding at this point so only in for 1 laptop. Itech was very personable and explained all my questions. Even though Itech got the cash my complaint is with Norton. They're the party that basically scared me into buy 1st one, but had time to think it through so didn't bit on 2nd & 3rd. They were going for trifecta of $600 for the 3 computers I have on norton antivirus at this time. Shameful for a company of there supposed standing. Don't fall for there scare tactics
