Just here warning people about some Chinese scammers...

I don't have time to say much now, but will provide more info later. This company is scamming many people, including mutual friends of mine in the United States. Info below.

Basically I sent $500USD to Ella Chen of Electronic-brilliance.com via western union to account holder Hulian Wang. I purchased 10 Western Digital external hard drives and two weeks later I received 5 USB memory cards that do not work. The "sales manager", Ella was friendly and promptly replied to emails during the transaction, but now will not answer a single email.

So, I hope this will come up on google searches as a warning - Electronic brilliance is a scam, fraud, and fake site.

  • I wish this would have been posted about two months ago!

This exact same person and company scammed me too. I ordered from them twice. The first time, I sent 350 for 6 units of 2 TB Western Digital hard drives and was fairly happy with my order, even though one drive did not work. On my second order though, I sent 450 to them for 9 units of the 2 TB Western Digital hard drives but this time, not a single drive worked.

I was nothing but kind to Ella the entire time, but now she will not reply to my emails and is unwilling to help or refund me.

Not to worry though, two of my best friends who are lawyers in Honk Kong are helping me investigate them and say they can have authorities shut them down, or at least make them get a legitimate business license. It's sad how many scams there are in China these days. But yes, Electronic-brilliance is a scam. They may seem legitimate at first, but eventually they will scam you! Thanks for the post Paul.
