I placed an order for 2 pair of dance shoes - 1 tap and 1 jazz on Sept. 10 - Yesterday, Sept.24 I received a package from China. The package was a very cheap Hannah Montanna bag (Dollar Store type). I filed a complaint with Pay-Pal. This morning received an e-mail stating the issue had been resolved as the seller could prove an item had been shipped. I believe seller sends the bag to provide proof of a shipment. I have re-opened the case and will have to see what happens. I am quite sure I am out the money.
