I took my phone in because I was having trouble with it holding a charge and dropping calls. I was told that they are having trouble with Galaxy 2, but I was never notified regarding problems with this phone. I have had this phone less than 1 year and I have had nothing but problems with this phone. I have called on several occasions but I always get the run around. I was told that they have been having trouble with this phone for about 3 to 4 months that it doesn't register well with their towers. I was never notified of anything about this until I went in with my complaint. I am so tired of having trouble with the Sprint service and personnel. I specifically told Cesar that I had to have my contacts saved when I left my phone for them to work on it and it appears that they have lost all my contacts. I have had it with SPRINT. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am expected to pay my bill every month for their service, which has been shotty the last few months and now they have really set me back with losing all my contacts and I have spoken with 3 different customer service representatives this evening and all of them seem to care nothing at all that this has happened. I will tell everyone that I know NOT to use this company.
