We have been trying to investigate and an ip address with a name of Frank A Stanaitis Jr. we have contacted this person and he seems to be a victim as well he had researched some electronic equipment and they obviously stoled his info. I have a relative in the sheriffs department and she says we all need to file a report with them first then with the IC3. She just took a class in this and that is the process. Just FYI I tried to buy a tv and never was delivered. So the info on this man doesnt seem to make him the culprit. i will give all this to the Sheriffs office in the morning.
