Was ripped of by Slotomania. Tried to contact them several times. Never recieved any response. SR points were not awarded with purchases. Even though that is clearly part of what you pay for. For those who don't know SR points give higher payouts on purchases and free spins. Doesn't matter, if the company rips you off and leaves, no way to contact them except an email link that appears abandoned. This went on for about a week. So I contacted Google. From there Google took care of the issue even though it was the fault of slotomania\ Caesars\Harrahs. Once you buy coins it becomes next to impossible to win also. Worst customer service. I keep the game so I can rate it the 1star the company deserves. I still haven't ruled out legal action as the company responsible has still done nothing to rectify the problem. Ever since this game was aquired by a casino it seems they see fit to falsely advertise, extort, and breach contracts of paying customers. Even though playback costs them nothing and that is all you have potential for.....if you're lucky and not a paying customer.
