Fax to 888 610 3912 and 415 737 1405 because we are in the process of changing offices.Upon receipt she would Air Mail Express $9,051.00. Checking with Greendot Dianna Olsen received the $500.00 on the 17th Sept. I have triede contacting her to no avail.Ralph Dixon Ph#(Personal Information Removed)
