I am one of hundreds if not thousands who purchased a Mitsubishi Projection TV that has a faulty part which causes numerous white spots on the screen. I have called Mitsubishi and have been put on hold for hours at a time only for the same person to repeat that they will provide the part but I must pay for the labor. My last attempt to get this taken care of without causing me additional money resulted in Mitsubishi offering to cover the cost of labor but only if I signed a non disclosure letter. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since December of 2012 which has left me without use of TV that I spent over $1500 on. A facebook group called "I have a defective Mitsubishi TV" exists and has over 1500 members. I am sure this is only a fraction of the number of customers that are experiencing the same issues as I.
