I HATE STUPID BIDRACK! Lousy scamming con-artists! I've been reporting them to BBB! I DID receive a refund but it was after threatening them with my lawyer & fighting for several weeks with them. I'm now trying to get them to acknowledge their illegal use of names like Apple, Coach, Sony, NBC, etc without having the rights to. Got LOTS of excuses from them so far but absolutely NO proof. I'm not giving up till they're shut down & stop scamming people!
They also claim to have "Verisign" certification, I see the logo here, how can we make sure Bidrack is actually verified by them?

- if you click on the verisign logo it should take you to verisign to see if it's legit. if the logo isnt click-able or doesnt direct to verisign then it's probably fake.

- nevermind I checked out that site and yes their verisign logo is fake, it takes you to verisign.com but doesnt check for the validation.

Apparently you didn't read most of the comments. MOST of the people scammed by Bidrack did NOT authorize charges, MANY if not most of the people scammed by Bidrack purchased items with their bids they bought but NEVER received the items they "won".
I saw for myself how Bidrack fixes the auctions, I bought a bidpack & tried bidding hundreds of times on countless auctions, & saw many of them change before my eyes, WHILE I was bidding! Coincidence? I think not!
Your daughter probably never received her $9 laptop (& if she just "won" it, then she won't receive it. What she will get is ignored by Bidrack! Honestly, do you really think that HUNDREDS of people would claim (with evidence) that Bidrack IS a scam when its not? Really? Are people that gullible to believe that that HUNDREDS of complaints filed against a company are wrong? If you are that naive to believe us, then go buy bids & try to win some things, If you do, enjoy waiting around for months for these things to show up, then start trying to contact Bidrack about your lost items & then start getting the excuses (when you're not actually ignored, which will happen most of the time.) If you need to learn the hard way, its a shame, but please don't complain later on when you ARE DUPED & realize you SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO EVERYONE HERE!

THANK YOU SUZI!!!!! I love how you put things! Poor Mike hasn't been back, he's probably feeling a little... "shy" shall we say now that he found out for himself how wrong he was & how arrogant he was about it. Thanks again! Keep warning people! =] We'll get those jerks shut down eventually!

- Hi guys, long time no talk.... just checking in & wanted to say that they're still at it. Not so much under the name of "Bidrack" anymore, but NoMoreRack (which they CLAIM has never been affiliated with Bidrack, but we all know that's SO NOT TRUE! They were partners (same scammers) while they were fooling us into using Bidrack, now they're doing their same scams with NoMoreRack, but its the same ol same ol. I actually got an email from someone from NoMoreRack saying they are legit & want me back (though I NEVER went on their stupid site other then to report them & warn others being fooled by them) & again claimed they are not affiliated with BidRack! WHAT A JOKE!!! I hope EVERYONE is avoiding these fraudulent criminals, no matter WHAT names they're using at the moment, they're the same con-artists as they've always been!
