I tried to cancel my account using two of the three methods they have listed on their website. I called and was left on hold for over 50 minutes. Then I tried to do their electronic cancellation form. I was not able to submit this form so I contacted their customer service department. When I informed the person the two different methods that I had used to cancel my membership she told me that they had a high volumn of calls and that there was a problem with the electronic form that they are trying to fix. She asked if I had tried to contact them via email. Which I hadn't. She said that since I hadn't sent them an email they couldn't refund any of my money. No where on their web site does it say that in order to cancel you HAVE to submit your cancellation in all three ways that they have available. I feel that as a consumer I did my do dillagence in trying to cancel this account prior to another shipment being sent out. Therefore, I feel that I deserve a refund.
