I WON a prize package last march 2012, through an internet pop-up that became an exciting phone conversation and eventually added 500$ to get the additional gift of visiting Costa Rica and the Bahamas. To be brief, every contact I have with the Best Vacations Ever office demands more money, ie $165 for reservations made last Sept. but unable to use since their policy does not allow dogs although I was assured I would take the ESA companion when I accepted the internet phone call. My luxury suite became a basic low level hotel with a one bed for my friend and myself. I was told I could give the visits to friends but am now told I have to pay to transfer the package. Originally, I accepted in order to offer Costa Rica to my daughter: this March I was told the Costa Rica trip is not open to those coming from France, which is my case, and that my daughter must meet requirements to take the trip. She does not have a yearly income necessary to meet them. I did not have to meet requirements when seduced by the charming lady who promised luxury suite, plus inviting two couples, limousine pick up, 18 months to use the trips. This March, I was contacted to be told I had to pay $100 more to extend my package if I had not used it by the end of this month, March 2013. Every phone call means giving more money. I was looking up their site to write for a refund: since they had not honoured our initial agreement, it seems our agreement of no refund is void. Then I saw your site of complaints. So, I join others of the gullible and vulnerable.
