Received a phone call from a gentleman who claimed to be calling on behalf of Microsoft and said I had tons of viruses on my computer. He showed me how I could remove them, and that they would be willing to do it for $147.30 for a two year subscription, and then proceeded to download a free program onto my computer. When my credit card bill arrived, there was a second unauthorized charge for 464.10, which I am trying to dispute with my credit card company...
