I initiated service with RPA on 2/27/13 to file for mediation with my property manager re: bug infestation. I had uploaded files and explained my case, paid them a $35 processing fee to have them begin a case and reach out to my property manager to smoothly resolve the issues. They claimed to have mailed a compliant notice to his address which I provided and also an email address which I provided. My property manager said he has never received either of these things. I had many many questions for the RPA and left voicemails & emails with the agent assigned to my case, Scott Paxton - none of which were returned. I submitted tickets via their website which they claimed would be responded to within 1-2 hours to no avail. The case notes claimed that my property manager had until March 6th to respond to the compliant notices, after which a second compliant notice would be issued. Nothing was ever sent out. My case wasn't ever updated again and there has been zero communication from them to me upon request.
