This has been an ongoing charge of $16.95 on my credit card for the last eleven months. This was not authorised transaction.
When I called the number on my credit card bill, they told me to go to their web site, and when I did, I find nothing but complaints, and no travel savings at all. I would like to be reimbursed for this amount.
In addition to this I have also been charged the same monthly amount for MAX savings club, all under the same member ID and member Password.
