I sent them my 24 carat gold bracelet they told me it was only 9 carat and paid me £44-15 they ripped me off and would not give me my bracelet back unless I paid them an additional £50 I had to pay them a total of £94-15 before they would give me my bracelet back, I refused and they melted down my bracelet even though there was an ongoing dispute between myself and this bunch of crooks who stole from me. I am still trying to get some justice and make sure they don't rip anyone else off. I think it's to late for me as they have melted down my bracelet but I don't want them to get away with this any longer.
