I purchased Ugg Boots that were advertised as authentic and soon realized, especially upon inspection, that they were copies. Through a series of exhaustive emails, see below, I was able to get a $35.65 refund on a $89 purchase. I tried to write in the english they were speaking.I would like the remaiing $55 plus damages for my time.

It is now clear to me that the return policy is also misrepresented on your website . It is clear that returns are not set up for guaranteed delivery because the FAKE UGGS
come from China and that you will not pay for return shipping for misrepresented goods.
As much as I respect your customer service and your company's business in general,
I am not interested is ordering another pair of Fake Uggs for your discount.
Since the company misrepresented their product and their return policy,
I ask that you speak with your supervisor and
I request a 75% refund in my case for misrepresentation.
Frankly, it should be 100% but I will accept 75%.
These boots were costly and frankly if I wanted FAKE UGGS, I can get them in Los ANgeles for $30 US.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the product and cannot give them as the gift I intended for Christmas.
Therefore, I will have no use for the fake boots.
