As with some other complaintants, I purchased MS Office 2010 on Dec. 16th, 2012 for $69.00 US. It somehow downloaded as MS Office Pro Administrator version which is an upgrade. I put in the supplied product key and - well, you guess! I get an error message that states "This copy of Microsoft Office is not activated". It also says I need to connect my computer to a corporate network to complete activation". I was purchasing basic MS Word 2010 for my daughter's brand new Christmas present of a laptop for school. This company is supposed to be an "authorized reseller of Microsoft products. It would appear they are not - I will take this up with my credit card company and get refunded by them - then they can go after Q Cap. BEWARE!!!
