Loans Express took £69.50 out of my bank account without my permission, This money was for my childrens birthday and now they have went without because of this been took out, there was no warning letters, emails or calls about this, I would like a refund back as i believe this is fraud, i have also got a payment number from the bank. please can you advise me on what to do next.
