The Guy rang me August 29, 2012 about the holiday. He said only cost $ 99 and will send me all the Voucher. We're planning to go on holiday on October. I rang this no. 1300850660 and the lady answered the phone. Shes telling me a different deal so, Im not very happy about her and said I want to cancel it. The lady emailed me and said they will refund my money within about 10 -20 working days. But a month passed and no money in my account yet. I tried to ring them again but the phone always engaged. I thought maybe they closed for xmas and New year. I rang again after almost a month the lady said they going to put in my account before the end of the week but no money in my account. I emailed them again to this email address. [email protected]. The Lady emailed me back and apologised for the delayed and said shes going to the accont department and tell them to refund it as soon as posible but no refund again. Then I emailed them again no answered. I rang again last month and said they will be in my account by the end of next week again. But no refund still. Today I decided to ring them again and the lady said to me the money will be in my account by the end of next week again. I tol her this is the last time I will talk to them and if they dont refund my money I will put a complaints against them. Because its been 5 months now.I think this is the same company who rang me before. I also bought a cheap holiday and sent me all the voucher. When I trying to ring the phone nos in the packaged they sent me that nos is not connected. I still have the package and voucher they sent me. I think this people is a scam. I dont want to buy a holiday in the phone again.
