Ordered one 32oz bottle of developer and five tubes of hair color. Money came out of accout immediately, rec'd email stating order had shipped USPS. Replied asking for tracking number. Rec'd number, all USPS had was online notification of pkg. Pkg was never rec'd by USPS. After many emails and apologies and runaround I told them to cancel order and put money back in account. Within an hour USPS had rec'd actual pkg. Pkg arrived, had to sign for. Opened box to find one 16oz bottle of developer and invoice for whole order. I emailed and informed of incorrect, incomplete contents. Now they want pictures of item rec'd and invoice before they can process refund for items not received. I contacted my bank and filed a fraud charge against this company.
