my husband was going through the mail and saw a letter from our bank showing items paid 30.00 and NSF 25.00 plus 6.00 overdraft fees. Upon checking at the bank, the ACH was from a company called "Payment Assistance" 866-235-7681. My husband nor I had authorized this charge. We tried calling the number and got a recording, but you never hear the name of the company during the call. Our bank said to contact the company, get the name of person spoken to and give details of conversation for the bank to file a report. We will have to close our account also.
