Property wikia is fake, plain and simple and is a complete scam. I have not personally been the victim at the hands of this bogus company but a close friend of mine has which is how it was brought to my attention. I have personally reported property wikia to both our local police force as well as to London Met (as the business address is listed as being in London), I have also reported property wikia to trading standards and Action Fraud http://www.actionfraud.org.uk/, I recommend anyone who has been a victim of fraud either by property wikia or any other type of online fraud to take the same action. Do not be afraid or feel stupid being a victim of fraud it could happen to anyone, making sure that no one else falls victim to the same scam is showing a sign of strength not weakness. Property Wikia as a whole and the low life scum bag who calls himself Julian Vincent is nothing but a scam. The business address at Level 33, 25 Canada Square, London is fake and is actually the main HSBC building in London, The telephone number gives an international ring tone using a system called international call forwarding, basically they set the number up in the uk (which I was alarmed to find isn't exactly expensive to do) and forward it to anywhere in the world and is virtually untraceable. Property Wikia boasts ridiculous claims of earning £2000 commission for simply getting someone to list their property on their website, and if he property doesn't sell you get paid either way, and the seller of the property also gets compensated of £100 a week. Now I am a great believer of if it is too good to be true it usually is, but when people are stuck in a rut it is very easy to be duped into believing these get rich quick schemes are genuine and it is these people Property Wikia pray on. I hate to think how many people have done this scam and how many multiples of £109 for a said "HQ" has been paid out to these people, not to mention those who have purchased these so called "extra areas".

It is time property wikia was exposed for what it is A SCAM. Do not give these people your money, do not pay by credit card, if you have make sure you immediately cancel your card so no further money can be taken. I am going to be getting in touch with paypal to ensure their paypal account is terminated.

  • I know 100's of people doing due diligence on ProperytWikia... So far everything checks out. Be careful another site like this was taken to court this week for defamation and the thread was deleted within 48 hours.

  • Arick - I am wondering what you meant by "everything checks out". Did you mean that everything the scam notice you commented on checks out, or that everything about the company's claims check out? Are you in? And are you saying another site like Property Wikia was taken to court or another site like this scam site was taken to court? Just wasn't clear whether you were FOR or AGAINST property Wikia.

Do you know anyone out of those "100's" that have received money from the company yet? Sold a property and been paid? I've been in for about 2 1/2 weeks and have 6 affiliates under me. I KNOW I can succeed with this, but don't want to lead anyone down the wrong path -that's just not who I am. I wish I had a property to sell that I could experiment with on the site.

Anyway, thanks for your response to my questions!

  • Arick you are obviously not familiar with consumer law. Exercising your right as a consumer is not defamation in any way shape or form, laws are there to protect consumers who have been treated unfairly or paid for goods or services that have not been received. Defamation of character is besmirching an individual or business's reputation without justifiable evidence and without due cause & is by definition making a false allegation. The allegation made here against Property Wikia has merit and justifiable evidence and is there for not defamation. Arick claiming you know 100's of people who have received these claimed payouts from Property Wikia is extremely doubtful and I would love to see you back up this claim.

Sharon: There is no evidence what so ever that anyone has ever received any funds as a result of Property only more and more people every day reporting property wikia as a scam and being cheated out of their hard earned money. What Property wikia is doing is simply another case of online fraud, don't become another victim !

  • mattyd the simple answer to your question is no, Property Wikia is a scam and you will not earn the vast fortune that claim you will, the total amount you will receive from property Wikia is a princely sum of approximately $0.00, 0.00 GBP, Please do not waste your money into this scam, you will regret it and feel slightly stupid when it goes wrong after you have been advised not to more than once. The only claims made that people have received any money on property wikia is via the property wikia website you will not find this information any where else, that should tell you something in it's self. The testimonials what have been placed on the property website like the actual business it's self are fake. Property Wikia is not a registered business within the United Kingdom nor do they hold a valid UK VAT Registration, therefore the company either does not exist, or they are running a business illegally, remember anyone can set up a website and make any claim they like, this does not mean it is legitimate. Please do not become another victim of this scam !

  • I would also be interested in any HARD evidence that this is a scam.

The fact is that undoubtedly MOST people who affiliate will not get 175 properties listed, and so will not get any guaranteed payments, only a commission from sold properties, however the main reason they will not, will be that they give up trying and are not versed in network marketing well enough to work the system.

If this is a scam, then the Serious Fraud Squad will be all over it as soon as the first UK affiliate does not get paid what they are entitled to, they are banking in the UK, so they come under UK legislation, and the SFO are not dummies, they are diligent and know how to bust folk who commit fraud.

So if there is any actual evidence, please forward it.

I evaluate network marketing companies for a living, and in every case we see some people who shout scam, but that does not mean they are all scams (though some are and we act accordingly).

So far I have not found anything that would indicate this is a scam, if it were, they would be paying a commission when people introduced affiliates and the affiliate bought their areas, but introducing affiliates earn the introducer nothing, they only earn when the affiliate lists property that sells, or their total number of listed properties triggers the guarantee.

Yes the claims made are outlandish and unbelievable, but not unattainable if someone knows what to do, just not as easy as it looks.

There is no such thing as a free lunch, but if people work hard, they can get fed.

Equally, it would be good to see some people who HAVE earned anything put their name forward.

From what I see, the company has been in existence 4 years, there should be some, but equally this scheme has only been operating for a few months.

Their web stats show 15,000+ site visitors per day.

It will either be a major income stream for the people who work, or a mega fraud, take your choice what you believe, unless you can produce evidence one way or the other it's all conjecture.

  • I joined PropertyWikia on the end of August, I didnt do any listing for 4 weeks as I was very busy but did have affiliates join. From 12th September 2011 until 18th these are my accumulated commissions

Commission this month ONLY: $112,236.00 NZD
Total Commission accrued all months: $125,449.60 NZD

These are made up of commission over rides from affiliates listing properties. I have about 30 personal listings. Please note mine are in New Zealand Dollars.

I have one property under negotiation.

When paurchasing the New Zealand areas the plan is to build this until October 2012 when the ares become franchises.

I personally have Remax in New Zealand under me so help them load their properties onto PropertyWikia to take the strain away from their current staff.

It takes 12 weeks to get result or the payment guarantee kicks in. On average properties are selling via PropertyWikia in 7.3 weeks.

I am happy to speak with anyone Skype - terrycuthbert

  • Folks...

I'm a PropertyWikia affiliate who took it upon herself to embark on a due diligence 'crusade' against this business once things started not to add up.

I use the word 'business' instead of 'company' because one of the many things I've found out is that 3iCatalyst, to whom the PropertyWikia trading name belongs, is not a company; not as in 'registered company', at least. In fact, it's not registered anywhere at all on any company or business database apart from domain name records.

It's not even registered for VAT. Which means, given that it's been trading 4 years and claims a multimillion-pound turnover, it's committing VAT fraud.

Not only that, it's illegally trading under the terms of the UK's Trading Scheme's law.

  • Hi Guys, a big hello in Particular to Brian Thomas & Julian Vincent who have been watching this page like a hawk. You may have managed to get my youtube page which was causing you such a major headache shut down. But I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you that you haven't won by any means. As long as you are scamming people out of their hard earned cash I will not go away. By the way you know that merchant account you applied for to assist you in defrauding people out of their cash? somehow I doubt you are going to get it not after what they now know about you. There is no difference between you and a common thief, thieves get caught because they are careless and you are being very very careless and very very stupid. What does all this stupidity amount to ? Your Screwed. Like I told you both by email and over the phone, the net is closing in. You cannot escape from what you have done nor what you are carrying on to do. As for you having me done for defamation, my advice to you is go for it ! Because by opening up a defamation case you would be creating exposure, by creating exposure you would be bending over and asking to be screwed, this is what the people you have conned out of their money want, to expose you for what you are, no more than con men. One other thing I would like you to consider which your tiny little mind hasn't grasped is if you want to have me done for defamation because I am rocking your already falling apart boat, I suggest you also pursue these people as well, the more exposure you create the more you yourself are going to break your scam wide open and screw yourself up the arse, so go nuts ! knock yourself out ! Hers's a few to get you started, by now you already know who I am, were on first name terms ! Oh by the way Brian, this goes for you too Julian, you may want to keep an eye on youtube =)

Or you could just do a Google or Yahoo search there's loads of people exposing your scam, your both going to be very busy men in law suits, so have a nice Christmas I have a feeling it's going to be the last one you have as free men !

  • Let nobody claim — especially Terry Cuthbert — they weren't given sufficient warning...

Ladies and gentlemen... PROPERTYWIKIA HAS LEFT THE BUILDING!

“I applied to PW for a refund within my 30-day cooling off period. I sent my letter recorded delivery, but was returned 'Not known at this address'. I then sent e-mails, and tried to ring - all to no avail. I then contacted Alertpay (who I had paid through) and they have refunded my £109 payment minus £2.25 admin fee. Sorted!!!!!!!! But how stupid was I to believe PW's spin? At the time of enroling, I could not find any concrete evidence against them. Lesson learned :-))”

I hardly need say it, but if you crossed these parasites’ oily palms with AlertPay like Jonathan did...

Beat the rush and get your AlertPay refund NOW!

I have a hunch it won't be too long before we also find that PropertyWikia-dot-com has left the Internet.
