I ordered a camera from Instock Digital online for $389.00 which appeared to be the best price in comparison to other companies & appeared to include the battery pack, memory card and have free shipping. . When I called to confirm order I was told that the company is wholesale and the the battery that comes with the camera was a disposable battery and that I would have to pay for another one if I wanted to continue to use the camera. I was told I would be charged an additional $200. 00 for the battery and handling costs. When I complained that the shipping was supposed to be free and that their ad says that the battery is included, the representative lowered the price by $30.00 and told me that I would receive an extended life battery and a tripod free of charge. Somehow the rep. talked me into believing this was a good deal, even though I wanted to cancel my order. I told him I felt that they had misrepresented themselves. I received the camera. The battery was a regular, not extended length one which retails for about $30.00 and the tripod was three inches tall and a piece of junk. I really feel saddened that I allowed myself to be taken advantage of in this way. The company has a no refund policy. I wish I had investigated this company before I made the purchase.
