Apparently I looked up a VIN on a search program. SEEKTD says they cannot provide me a copy of their web address where individuals like myself, agree to the "CLEARLY" stated agreement for a monthly charge of $18.95 for ongoing privileges to search their data bases. When attempting to log in to their web site with my customary name and password, I am not recognized. How they ever secured my cr cd number, name and other information is a puzzle to me. The customer service chat person said that due to their site being under construction, she could not process a full refund for four past months charges made before I finally noticed it on my cr cd monthly statement. This appears to be a huge scam and fraud perpetrated through extremely "fine print," if that. Contact should be made with the Utah State Attorney General's office for remediation and to put an end to this disgusting fraud and scam.
