Ordered three 8 piece towel sets and spend over $150.00. Received vacume packed and they were very creased and wrinkled. They looked OK, so I started to wash them. When I took out of dryer, one large towel was frayed, and one bath mat had long pull, which I thought was a crease. Called Egyptian Linen Outlet right away, and reported damage. They asked for pictures, which I sent. They blamed damage on use, not true, or washing machine. Please note i have a brand new (2 months old)
front load washer and dryer. Refused replacement because I washed. Damage was not
noticeable until washed.
