I ordered a trial of a product on January 21st. I was charged $58.95 one time and received my product. The terms included a monthly charge of $9.47 on a recurring basis. I called Feb. 7, 2013 to cancel my membership. On Feb. 20, 2013 a charge for the $9.47 appeared on my credit card. I called their "customer support" number. I could not get an acceptable answer and of course, all of their supervisors were "in a meeting". I informed them that I was going to file a complaint.
