I was contacted several times via email in July and August by Banker Reo to join them because they were looking for Real Estate Agents to handle BPO's and to List Foreclosure Properties. On August 17, 2012 I was received a Phone Call for a Phillip Bryant with Banker REO he stated that he had several Properties he wanted to assign to me if I would be willing to fill out the Marketing Agreement. He told me there was a one time start up fee of $349 but I would make that up right away by completing BPO at $75 to $120 depending on whether it was an Exterior or Interior BPO. He stated that he had 6 BPO's that needed to be done in the next few weeks. I decided to join since I would make the sign up cost back right away. Later that day I received info on for the First BPO I completed the BPO and submitted everything a few days later. A week went by and I heard nothing from them so I contacted Phillip and was told I needed to speak with the Asset Manager I was assigned to there name was Cameron Langford. I contacted Cameron and never heard or received a response. I contacted Phillip again and never heard a response from him either. I tried for several weeks contacting both with no results. I was never paid the $75 for the one and only BPO I completed nor did I receive any other BPO Leads or Listings. I contact my Credit Card Company to file a Complaint they said they would look into it but I was told the Investigation never went anywhere and the closed it. It would be great to receive the Initial Sign Up Fee back!
