£69.50 was taken on the same day by loans espress and loans expert both of which I have had no dealings with, my bank will not refund as they say I have had dealings with them in the past, hows this, there was another loan company which \i repaid that back, problem is my bank expect me to call these companies to get a refund but ow can I when I cannot find their web page or phone number
