Supposedly I signed up for free trial. Have not received package yet, but they charged my checking account for $78.41 when I called they told me " my trial period was over". When I asked them how long the trial period was they told me "one week". I told them I have not received anything and they told me "it was delivered on 9/9/11". even if that was the case, it had not been a week.....but I still have not received package...and I DO NOT WANT IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!! I called representative (Chris #7995) and he was very rude to me!
